1. Initial Consultation
When you book a large event through us we make it our priority to create a tablescape that’s better than your Pinterest board.
A one-on-one meeting (virtual) to discuss your theme, style, budget, and overall expectations.
3. Deposit & Ongoing Updates
Once a 30% deposit is made, we’ll keep in touch as you finalize event details. Whether it’s a new idea or last-minute adjustment, we’ll ensure your design still aligns with your vision.
5. Set Up Options
Delivery, will-call, or full-service setup.
Choose the level of service that fits your needs. Our on-site setup option ensures every detail is styled to perfection, complete with our creative touch.
Options include:
Standard Delivery/Will Call: Simple delivery or pickup.
Full-Service Setup (extra cost): We handle setup and styling on-site.
2. Concept Development
After our virtual meeting to understand your vision, we'll create a digital mock-up of your custom tablescape and send it to you along with your quote. We'll collaborate on changes until you love it.
An in-person mock-up of your tablescape is also available as an add-on. Please use the inquiry box at the top of the page for custom requests.
4. Customization
From custom signage to painted table place cards or tying bows on glassware, we can add unique elements that reflect your style.
6. Post-Event Wrap-Up
Effortless cleanup, available as an add-on.
Once the event is over, we’ll take care of teardown and rental returns, leaving the venue spotless.
Please note: Post-event cleanup is available as an additional service and will be included in your custom proposal if selected.
