Planning Your Dinner Party

From Start to Finish

  • Dream it.

    Peruse Pinterest and start to gather ideas of what you want your dinner party to look and feel like. Start a mood board and dream to your heart’s desire.

  • Build it.

    Grab a pen and paper or use platforms like Miro (our personal favorite) to narrow down your ideas. Don’t forget to curate your guest list and keep them in mind when planning!

  • Plan it.

    We have downloadable outlines below to kickstart your planning process.

  • Send it.

    Whether it’s an evite or paper invite, give your guests plenty of time to plan ahead and save the date. we generally send this out 3-4 weeks ahead of time.

  • Order it.

    This is where we step in! Once you have finalized your theme and your vision, it’s time to order your tablescape. We have pre-made bundles or you can create your own to check your tablescape off your list.

  • Cook it.

    Catering or cooking from home? Developing a menu ahead of time can save a lot of stress day of. Potluck style is always a good idea if you aren’t an expert cook or even getting ready-made foods so you can focus on setting the table and entertaining.
